Summary
Add a SummaryStarflight is taken to the NightWings' secret home on an active volcano! He finds out that Morrowseer has gathered some "alternate" dragonets of destiny (Ochre, Squid, Flame, Fatespeaker and Viper) and their plan is to take the good ones out of the alternates and the good ones from the real dragonets and put them together! Starflight has always been confused about why he doesn't have powers like the rest of his tribe, but Fatespeaker claims that she does! Suddenly he gets it. He was sent here to be removed - she was his replacement! But he also knows that the RainWings are planning an attack - with Glory as their new queen - to get the RainWing prisoners back. Everyone asks him for information, but he has a big problem - tell his tribe the truth and betray Glory and the RainWings, or betray his tribe and lie to them about Glory's attack? Will Starflight ever be back to his friends? Read this book to find out!

A great book one of my top ten. Though it was a bit confusing, I love Starflights intelligence and Fatespeakers curiosity. I think they make a great team. MY favourite part of the book is when she rainwings attack the nightwings using there sleep dart thingys. (SPOILER ALERT) When Starflight became blind I was glade Fatespeaker promised him she would read him every scroll in pyriiha and eventually he becomes an awesome librarian for Jade mountain academy.
This is a awesome book!!!!!
Not a bad book, it made me very exited for the next book, "The Brightest Night"
i didn't read this book yet so am disrespect by ur spoiler comments but sad that Starflight no able to do normal drago stuff like future telling ahhhh (unless he can now) also is Clay a boy? same question for Starflight. meh brother thinks the're all girls.(idiot)

This book was wonderful. I loved the part when Starlight was always thinking about Sunny and I didn't know Starlight like Sunny. This book was breathtaking and funny. I hope to continue the series.

I don't know why people don't like this book, I think it's great! This book gave us a chance to see through the eyes of poor, nervous Starflight who I think is seen in a bad light throughout the beginning books. I really felt for him in this book and I ship Starflight + Sunny!! :)
